Meet the Founder

Kandi Neuber

Ms. Kandi Neuber has been a pivotal force in advocating for families rights, while empowering everyone she crosses paths with, to contribute to their own healthy change in exceptional ways. 

 

Kandi has served as a distinguished cross categorical special education teacher in three school districts across Wisconsin.  She has also served on multiple committees within those districts including but not limited to Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, Non Violent Crisis Intervention Certified Trainer, Co-teaching teams, model inclusion classrooms, and leading equity teaching practices.  Kandi also was a partner in the Allies in Mental Health and Allies in Autism Education Programs.

 

Neuber holds an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, Bachelor's Degree (BS) from University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in Elementary Education & Special Education Dual Major and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership, emphasizing on Principal and Director of Special Education & Pupil Services, from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. 

 

Above all, Ms. Kandi Neuber has a heart of gold, and remains humble and passionate as she continues to deliver the blueprint to reach, serve, and advance ALL learners into their journey to achieve  success.  Kandi emphasizes the importance of building meaningful, purposeful, and culturally responsive relationships with every person she encounters.
